2. What this document covers
We offer honey and beeswax from our own apiary. The Website is not a webshop: there is no online payment, no automatic purchase, and we do not post honey.
An order placed on the Website counts as an enquiry. Placing it does not by itself create a contract and does not oblige you to pay.
3. How ordering works
- Choosing. You pick the products and sizes on the Website.
- Placing the order. You give your name and email address, say how you would like to collect (in person or by delivery), and send the order.
- Acknowledgement. We send an automatic confirmation that the order arrived. It records the arrival; it is not acceptance of the order.
- Arranging it. We then get in touch to agree what is available, where and when you will collect, and how you will pay.
- The contract. It comes into being once we have agreed those details between us.
- Collection and payment. Both happen in person.
What you put in the basket stays in your own browser until you close the browser tab. Putting something in it is not a reservation, and sending the order does not hold stock either; what is available is settled at step 4 above, when we arrange the details with you.
We jar the honey freshly against the orders we have and keep only a minimal stock, so what we can promise always depends on the particular circumstances and on what we agree with you.
4. Prices
Prices on the Website are in forints and are the full price of the product. The operator is a smallholder exempt from VAT, so the prices carry no VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices. An order already agreed and accepted keeps the price that applied when it was placed.
5. Collection
5.1 In person
By prior arrangement, at one of these places:

Without arranging it first we are not able to receive visitors or hand anything over.
5.2 Delivery
For orders of at least 10 products, to the settlements below, at a time arranged in advance. Delivery is free.

5.3 Postage
We do not send honey by post or courier.
6. Payment
Payment is made on collection, in person, or by bank transfer in advance. Accepted methods:
- cash on collection
- bank transfer before collection
We agree how the receipt or invoice is issued when we arrange the order.
7. Withdrawal and complaints about quality
Because the contract is performed in person — collection and payment both — either at the operator's premises or at an address you give us, the withdrawal rules for distance contracts in Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on contracts between a consumer and a business are generally not applicable.
You may look at the product before taking it and decide not to. Nothing is owed if you do.
Complaints about quality. If anything is wrong with the product, tell us at either of the contacts above. We will replace it or refund the price. Statutory warranty is governed by the Civil Code.
Crystallised honey is not a fault. All honey crystallises sooner or later, naturally, depending on the variety and the storage temperature. Nothing about the honey deteriorates: its composition and its edibility are unchanged. Warmed gently, below 40 °C, crystallised honey becomes liquid again. Crystallisation is therefore not grounds for a complaint about quality.
8. Handling complaints
Raise a complaint at the telephone number or email address above. We look into it and answer in writing as soon as we can, and within 30 days at the latest.
If you disagree with how we handled it, you may go to the supervisory authorities. The imprint lists them.
9. Personal data
The privacy notice covers the handling of personal data in connection with orders and the newsletter.
10. Other
Anything not settled by these terms is governed by Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and by the relevant Hungarian law.
The operator reserves the right to amend these terms. An amendment takes effect when it is published on the Website, and does not affect orders already accepted.
